I think I've been targeted by a scammer - how do I know if it's a scam or not?
Scammer work by advising people that they have won money in a Lotto when they have not. The purpose is to either extract a fee to collect the non-existent "winnings", or obtain confidential financial details.

NSWPools does not send emails or letters requesting further information for payment of prizes. Customers who have received any communication that they are concerned about should contact our Contact Centre on 333 665.

I have lost, had stolen or misplaced my REGISTERED ticket/s. What can I do?
If you are a Players Club card member and you lose your ticket registered to your Players Club card, you should call NSWPools on 333 665.

Once we verify your identity we can arrange for a cheque to be mailed to you made out to the name(s) and address of the parties registered on the Players Club card.
If you lose your ticket together with your Players Club card, call NSWPools immediately on 333 665 so we can place a 'Stop Payment' on your ticket which will prevent anyone else from claiming your prize, provided that the prize has not yet been paid.
